We are currently seeking enthusiastic and academically strong graduates to work as Academic Mentors, Graduate Teaching Assistants and Literacy Tutors from September.

  • Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Politics and related subjects)
  • Literacy and Reading Support

These roles provide an excellent opportunity to work closely with students, helping them build confidence, improve attainment, and achieve their academic potential. Positions are available on both a full time and part time basis.

The Role:

  • Deliver one to one and small group academic support
  • Support students in your specialist subject area
  • Assist with intervention programmes designed to raise attainment
  • Help students develop effective study skills and learning habits
  • Encourage engagement, confidence and academic progress
  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to support student outcomes
