This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff to join a specialist school supporting young people with complex learning needs. Located in Crawley, this school provides a calm, structured, and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and present with a range of needs, including:
- Moderate to profound learning difficulties
- Autism and associated communication needs
- Speech, language and communication difficulties
- Social, emotional and behavioural needs (SEMH)
- Sensory needs (hearing and visual impairments)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Support small group learning and targeted interventions
- Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged
- Promote independence, communication, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists
- Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
