The Role

  • Identifying and securing new employer partnerships while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to businesses, helping them access training solutions that support their workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with construction employers, contractors, and supply chain businesses.
  • Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry engagement.
  • Promoting apprenticeship programmes, commercial training, and workforce development solutions.
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieving sales and engagement targets.
  • Conducting employer needs analyses and presenting tailored training solutions.

About You
