These long‑term roles are ideal for graduates, Youth Workers, Teaching Assistants, or anyone with experience supporting young people with behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health needs.
You will support students in and out of the classroom, build positive relationships, and work with teachers and SENCOs to implement behaviour strategies.
