• Secondary Health and Social Care Teacher required for a school in Bradford. A high‑achieving and inclusive secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Health and Social Care to join its successful team.

About the Role

This is a full‑time position where you will deliver high‑quality Health and Social Care lessons across Key Stage 4 and, where appropriate, Post‑16. You will plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that inspire curiosity and develop students’ knowledge of health, wellbeing and the care professions.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Health and Social Care at Key Stage 4, with Post‑16 experience desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for promoting careers within the health and care sectors.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• High expectations of student achievement, behaviour and presentation.
• Excellent classroom management and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
