  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Trauma and attachment difficulties
  • Challenging behaviour
  • Communication and emotional regulation needs

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, families, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Has experience working with SEMH pupils, SEND learners, or students with behavioural needs
  • Understands trauma-informed practice and relational approaches
  • Has knowledge of Autism, ADHD, attachment difficulties, and emotional regulation strategies
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Is patient, adaptable, and committed to improving outcomes for young people
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs
