Engage Education is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive special school in Bradford (BD5) that is seeking a dedicated Autism Support Worker to join their team from September. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them achieve their full potential.

About the Role

You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism – both verbal and non‑verbal
  • Moderate to severe learning difficulties
  • Complex needs and profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support, promote engagement in learning, and help create a positive and inclusive environment for all pupils.

The Ideal Candidate
