The Role – Autism Support Worker / SEN Teaching Assistant
As an Autism Support Worker, you will support pupils across different age groups and ability levels throughout the school.
No two days are the same.
Some pupils may require active support with behaviour linked to sensory needs or communication difficulties, while others benefit from a calm, patient, and reassuring approach.
You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to help pupils access learning, regulate emotions, and build independence.
