Assistant Principal Required for a School in Enfield

At Engage Education, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Principal to work full time at a secondary school in Enfield. This is a permanent position, starting in September 2026.

About the role:

  • Supporting the Headteacher and SLT with the day to day running of the school
  • Leading on behaviour, teaching and learning, curriculum, or pastoral responsibilities
  • Monitoring students' progress and supporting attainment across the school
  • Managing staff and supporting professional development
  • Working closely with parents, governors, external agencies and stakeholders

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Previous experience working within a senior leadership role in a secondary school
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
