My Prestige Client in Smethwick are looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager to join their lively and fast-growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home. This Care Home is offering a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential setting only, for elderly residents with all care offered.
Position will be as follows:
- Deputy Manager
- NVQ 3 Minimum
- 40 hours
- £14-£15ph
Your duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
