What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a care or health setting (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Confident in leading a team and administering medication
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care
- Reliable, kind, and committed to working as part of a team
