My client, based in London, is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their lovely Nursery. They are offering a Team Leader position and would like someone who is looking to progress in their Childcare career. 36 hours contracted per week (All Year-Round) £40k+ Salary Minimum of NNEB, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) - Early Years Professional Status.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Under the general direction of the Executive Head Teacher and/or Centre Manager, to lead a team of staff providing Out of School care within the Centre.
- During school hours, to work collaboratively with the teaching staff, team leaders, and senior management team to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
- To work directly with children and cover shifts in the nursery on occasion.
- To deputise for the Centre Manager, covering shifts throughout the year.
- To hold the DSL role during any absence of the Centre Manager.
- To provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children.
