Job Description

My client, based in London, is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their lovely Nursery. They are offering a Team Leader position and would like someone who is looking to progress in their Childcare career.\\n\\nIf you love making a difference in Children's lives and working within a nursery enviroment, then this is a great opportunity for you!\\n\\n * 36 hours contracted per week (All Year-Round)\\n\\n * £40k+ Salary\\n\\n * Minimum of NNEB, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) - Early Years Professional Status\\n\\nTeam Leader Main Duties and responsibilities:\\n\\nUnder the general direction of the Executive Head Teacher and/or Centre Manager to lead a team of staff providing Out of School, care within the Centre.\\n\\nAdditionally, during school hours to work collaboratively with the teaching staff, team leaders and senior management team to ensure the sooth running of the centre, this will include working directly with children and covering on occasion in the nursery.\\n\\nTo deputise for the Centre Manager, covering shifts throughout the year. To hold the DSL role during any absence of the Centre Manager.
