We are looking for a passionate and dedicated L2/3 Practitioners, Room Leader and Deputy Manager to join our Nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified early years professional with a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in a day nursery setting.

Hours: You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a nursery or pre-school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Ability to lead, inspire and support a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
