Requirements
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or relevant field
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years or outdoor education setting
- Forest School qualification (or a strong background in outdoor learning and a willingness to work towards it)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led education
