We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive early years team, working with children aged 2½-3½ years. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education within a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a key group of children aged 2½-3½ years
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Completing observations, assessments, and records to a high standard
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Building strong relationships with parents and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Previous nursery experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
  • Ability to work a 9-hour shift (1-hour unpaid break) within operating hours

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary £28,000 - £31,000
  • Full-time position - 40 hours per week
  • Operating hours 7:00am - 7:00pm
