We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive early years team, working with children aged 2½–3½ years. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education within a nurturing, child-centred environment.
The Role:
- Working with a key group of children aged 2½–3½ years
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Completing observations, assessments, and records to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Building strong relationships with parents and colleagues
Requirements:
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Previous nursery experience is essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
- Ability to work a 9-hour shift (1-hour unpaid break) within operating hours
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary £28,000 – £31,000
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Operating hours 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Up to 37 days’ holiday
