My Prestige Client in IP23 are looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager to join their lively and fast-growing team. On a permanent contract, this is an amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home. This Care Home has over 25 beds, offering a home-from-home experience for residents. This is a residential setting only, for elderly residents with all care offered.

Your duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of:

  • Providing leadership
  • Maintaining top level overall care of residents
  • Day-to-day running of the home
  • Risk assessments
