My client is offering a position for a Deputy Care Home Manager within their lovely small private home, for a maximum of 10 Service Users, that specializes in looking after clients with physical disabilities. Job Details: * 37 hours contracted per week * Salary starting from £25k+ (Increases depending on experience in a management capacity) * Must hold a valid UK driving license Deputy Care Home Manager Main Duties: * To provide and ensure all aspects of personal care are provided to the service users in line with their care plan using a person-centered approach, encouraging and promoting service users to reach their maximum level of independence, wherever possible, undertaking these tasks for themselves
