Deputy Care Home Manager

My client is offering a position for a Deputy Care Home Manager within their lovely small private home, which accommodates a maximum of 10 Service Users. The home specializes in caring for clients with physical disabilities.

The small home is located in the beautiful countryside of Purley-on-Thames. It is designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment, arranged to meet the needs of its residents.

Job Details:

• 37 hours contracted per week
• Salary starting from £25,000+ (dependent on management experience)
• Must hold a valid UK driving license

Main Duties of Deputy Care Home Manager:

• To ensure all aspects of personal care are provided to service users according to their care plans, using a person-centered approach. The role involves encouraging and promoting independence, supporting service users to reach their maximum potential, and undertaking tasks to facilitate this where possible.
