CO3 is a leading membership-based organisation dedicated to supporting, developing, and connecting third sector leaders across Northern Ireland. Established in 1985, we have been at the forefront of empowering leaders from charities, social enterprises, and community organisations. Our diverse membership base includes over 900 leaders, from those heading large charities and social enterprises to leaders of smaller community and faith-based groups.
CO3 supports and connects third sector leaders across Northern Ireland through networking events, leadership development, and policy advocacy. It fosters collaboration, builds leadership capacity, and represents the sector’s interests. Its services include conferences, training, mentoring, and cross-sector initiatives. Through Engage and the Northern Ireland Health Collective, CO3 also delivers executive recruitment and strengthens collective advocacy and health outcomes.
The role is central to enabling the Chief Executive to operate effectively, ensuring strong coordination, communication and organisational delivery across CO3’s work, and is suited to a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 16-20 hrs per week negotiable.
