Engage Education is recruiting a SENDCo Lead to work full-time across two primary schools in the North West.
You will develop and oversee the SEN policy, lead assessments for pupils with SEN, and collaborate with leaders to drive improved pupil progress.
You will manage SEN staff, liaise with external agencies and parents, apply for funding, deliver staff training, maintain pupil records, and monitor data to shape effective interventions.
