School Administrator Required for School in Camden

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade.

We’re currently looking enthusiastic Full-Time School Administrators to work in a school in Camden.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.

Working hours are Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm) during term time only. Long Term Temp / Temp to Permanent. The hourly rate ranges between £15 – £18 per hour.

About the role

Our School Administrator & Receptionist duties can include

  • Using the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data
  • Assisting the Office Manager & Office Staff with various administrative tasks
  • Answering the phones
  • Welcoming Visitors and Parents
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Covering reception duties
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assisting with attendance, admissions and welfare.

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.
  • A real passion for working within an education environment.
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role or ARBOUR.
