School Receptionist Required for Primary School in Hillingdon.
At Engage Education Services, we have specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to work full-time at a fantastic Primary school in Hillingdon. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we are looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 4pm, 8am till 3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Using the school's internal system to record data
- Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Checking in visitors upon arrival
- Issuing security passes
- Logging student lateness
- Communicating with outside vendors to ensure staff are aware of deliveries
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school
- A real passion for working within an education environment
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
