Trainee Recruitment Consultant (must have account management/customer service experience): £28,000 – £32,000 PA £2,500 London Weighting Uncapped Commission

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day will be:
- Connecting with top teaching & support talent and matching them with the right schools.
- Building strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advertising roles, arranging interviews and securing placements.
