  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support
  • Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams
  • Helping pupils engage with learning and build independence
  • Following individual behaviour and support plans

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • Current Team Teach training – essential for some of our roles
  • Experience working within SEN, SEMH, PRU, AP or specialist school settings
  • Experience supporting challenging behaviour or complex needs
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

We’d love to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Support Workers, Youth Workers, Care Workers and other professionals with relevant experience.
