About the Role
You’ll be working across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils in both whole-class and small-group settings. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to help children achieve their best.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting learning in small groups and one-to-one
- Providing targeted intervention sessions
- Assisting with classroom preparation and engaging activities
- Encouraging and nurturing pupils to build confidence and independence
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children (KS1 and/or KS2)
- A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to be proactive and flexible in supporting the class teacher
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
