The Role:

- Support students across a range of secondary subjects
/n
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
/n
- Assist teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
/n
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote student wellbeing
/n
- Help pupils build confidence, independence and achieve their learning goals
/n
- Prepare classroom resources and provide general classroom support
/n
/n
We're Looking For:
/n
/n
- Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school, youth work, coaching or similar setting
/n
- A positive, patient and enthusiastic attitude
/n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
/n
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
/n
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
/n
- Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH or additional learning needs is advantageous but not essential
/n
