Engage Education is working with a welcoming specialist secondary setting in Bexhill to recruit a compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant.

You will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and other needs, delivering 1:1 and small-group support and helping access the curriculum.

The role is full-time, starting immediately on a temp-to-perm basis, with a supportive environment, personalised learning and adherence to safety and inclusion.
