School Receptionist Required forPrimarySchool in Waltham Forest
At Engage Education Services, we\’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We\’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to work full-time at a fantastic Primary school in Waltham Forest.
Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we\’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Experience using Arbor is essential!
About the role
Our administrator duties can include:
- Using the school\’s internal system to record data (Arbor)
- Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Checking in visitors upon arrival
- Issuing security passes
- Logging student lateness
- Communicating with outside vendors to ensure staff as aware of deliveries
The ideal applicant will have
- Experience working in a primary school
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
- Experience utilising Arbor within an administrative role
