At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious and creative Primary Teacher to join an Outstanding Primary School in Central Bedfordshire . This exciting role will begin as a maternity cover , with the potential to become a permanent position due to an internal promotion into SLT from September.

The ideal candidate has :
- Full QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
- Confidence in teaching across a range of abilities
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A reflective and adaptable approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s progress and wellbeing
