Are you a recent Psychology, Education Studies or Health & Social Care graduate looking to secure a new and exciting SEND based teaching support role in Oldham for the coming academic year? A warm & inclusive secondary school in Oldham is eager to find a brilliant Learning Coach to provide tailored EHCP support to students with complex learning needs and behavioural challenges in a full-time capacity for the coming academic year.

Learning Coach - Role Information:

  • Providing tailored EHCP support to children with SEND
  • Supporting students utilising structured learning plan
  • Monitoring progress and acting on academic weak-points
  • Building strong relationship with students and being source of academic, social and emotional support
  • Monday to Friday role - September 2026 to July 2027
  • 08.30am to 15.00pm - Paid £95 per day during term-time

Learning Coach - Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience tutoring, mentoring or volunteering with children
  • Outgoing and engaging individual with passion for education
  • Available for full-time work for coming academic year
