Engage Education is supporting a forward-thinking secondary school in North Manchester to recruit a Pastoral Mentor. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group academic support for KS3/KS4 students with SEMH needs, delivered outside the classroom to enhance progression.
The successful candidate will have a 2:2 UK degree, proven SEMH experience, and strong communication and organisational skills. Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:15, term-time pay (£94–£100/day).
