Engage Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Liverpool.

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging and well-planned English Language and English Literature lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are encouraged to achieve their potential.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality English curriculum.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and learning.
- The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for English and a commitment to raising student attainment.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
