SEND 1.1 Teaching Assistant –Barnet, Edgware We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND 1.1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Barnet.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEND programme What we’re looking for: Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or educational setting Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred Why choose Engage Education?
