The Role:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging Science lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Differentiate teaching to support a range of learning abilities and communication styles.
- Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement.
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English at secondary level
- A passion for inclusive education
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience within an SEN setting is desirable but not essential
