Engage Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a primary school in Hastings. The role involves supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups within a SEND/PRU environment.
You will collaborate with teachers and other staff to maximise engagement and minimise disruption, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, proactive, and able to build rapport with pupils, including those with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
