English Teacher

Engage Education is currently working with a school in Tower Hamlets with the OFSTED rating of Good who are actively seeking an English Teacher to join their dynamic team immediately. The successful applicant will be expected to lead inspirational lessons to all pupils and effectively manage a classroom.

The incoming English Teacher will be expected to deliver dynamic lessons that stretch their classes and encourage a passion for the subject.

The school requires the ideal candidate to have experience of teaching English at secondary school level. Experience of teaching English to an equivalent GCSE level in another country will be taken into consideration., * Hold QTS

• Have experience delivering English across the full age, gender and ability range, in a secondary school

• Have a proven background of developing teaching and learning within a English Department to a high standard, All candidates must have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before starting work. Full assistance will be provided.
