We’re expanding our Brighton team and are on the lookout for a motivated and driven consultant to help connect top teaching talent with schools across the UK.
Located under 5 minutes walk from Brighton station and 20 minutes walk from the pier.

The Role
As an Education Consultant, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to understand their recruitment needs
- Source, screen and place quality candidates into roles that match their goals and skills
- Own the full recruitment cycle – from business development through to placement
- Collaborate closely with your team to exceed targets and celebrate success together
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, education is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with business development and building lasting relationships
- A driven, proactive mindset and a passion for delivering results
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
