As an consultant at Engage, your day-to-day will be:
- Connecting with top teaching & support talent and matching them with the right schools.
- Building strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing the full recruitment process – from advertising roles to arranging interviews and securing placements.
- Working to achievable targets, supported by innovative tools like our new app, global candidate resource teams, and a collaborative office environment.
