SEMH Teaching Assistant needed for an all-through school in Dorking.

Working Hours: 08:30 am - 16:00 pm.

The Role

  • Provide Personalised Support: Work 1:1 and in small groups with students, adapting lesson materials and strategies to meet their diverse needs.

  • Foster Positive Behaviours: Implement proven behaviour management techniques and help students develop essential social skills.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to monitor progress and celebrate every achievement.
