The school is seeking proactive and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide both educational and personal support to pupils. This role is ideal for trainees and graduates who are eager to pursue a career in special education. Candidates with a background in Psychology are particularly encouraged to apply, though applications from individuals with a wide range of experience are welcome.

Previous school-based experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. However, some experience with Autism, whether personal or professional, is highly valued. Experienced LSAs are also encouraged to apply, as there are roles with higher responsibilities and salaries available.
