Are you an experienced RE teacher with QTS who is seeking a full-time temporary role? This role working in an exciting school in Brighton and Hove might be just right for you!

About the role

We are working with the school to recruit a teacher who can commit to the position for the entirety of the academic year (and beyond!), teaching both KS3 and KS4. This is a long-term position starting in June 2026. The school seeks to provide each student with the opportunity to develop intellectually with a broad and balanced curriculum. The school challenges its students with high standards to ensure that all individuals reach their potential. They also celebrate their diverse and inclusive community, ensuring each student feels safe, heard and supported. They focus on ensuring their students have an understanding of what religion is and what impact this has in wider issues, as well as reflecting on their own values. It's a school which is easiest to access via bus or car, but can also be accessed via train.

The school is known as a strong training school with a solid reputation and induction programme. The staff focus on working together as a team to reduce workload whilst optimising impact. It’s easily accessible by public transport and only a short bus journey from central Brighton and Hove.
