Engage Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Bolton, which is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development. You will create a nurturing classroom environment, ensuring all children are challenged and supported to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
- Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement
- Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations throughout the classroom
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
- Is passionate about helping every child achieve their best
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
