Behavioural 1-1 SEMH Support Assistant Required. This is a caring and inclusive community where every child is supported to rebuild confidence, discover their strengths, and prepare for a brighter future. Many young people here face challenges such as anxiety, trauma, or behaviour that communicates unmet needs, and staff play a vital role in helping them feel safe, valued, and capable of success. Applications are welcomed from candidates with a variety of backgrounds. Training will be provided, though experience of working with children with SEMH, particularly attachment and trauma, is an advantage.
What matters most is a strong commitment to supporting children with complex needs and the ability to bring patience, positivity, and consistency every day.
