Are you a Psychology Graduate eager to apply your knowledge and build a rewarding career in education supporting children with complex SEMH and behavioural needs? Engage Education are working with a fantastic secondary school in the Manchester area who are eager to find a flexible, outgoing and reliable Behaviour Support Mentor to provide dedicated 1:1 academic and emotional support to KS3.
Role Information:
- Creating tailored academic support outside of classroom for students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties
- Focus on building meaningful and productive rapport with students across academic year
- Monitoring student progress and feeding back to relevant department leads
- Located in the Manchester area
- Paid £95 - £100 per day during term time
- September 2026 start, Monday to Friday role with usual school working hours
