Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement. We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching English at secondary level A passion for inclusive education Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous experience within an SEN setting is desirable...
