School Caretaker required in a secondary school in Kensington
At Engage Education Services, we’re currently recruiting for a School Caretaker in Kensington. They are looking for an experienced School Caretaker with experience managing a School campus.
Hours: Monday - Friday on a rota basis; 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm (37.5 hours a week)
About the role
As a School Caretaker, you’ll be an experienced facilities professional who supervises work across the school with both external and internal contractors. You will have keyholder responsibilities and will be expected to:
- To work closely with the Lead Facilities Officer and wider Facilities Team to support the safe, secure and effective running of the school sites.
- Job descriptions are subject to annual review and specific responsibilities may change to take account of the school improvement plan and staff professional development.
- All staff should promote the school ethos, health and safety, and contribute to continuous school improvement.
This is a full-time, temporary - permanent role.

- Experience working within a school environment
- A valid DBS on the DBS update service
- Be available to interview and start immediately
