Engage Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Brighton that is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team after October half-term.

About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced teachers and support pupils across the school. Every day will be different, giving you the chance to develop practical classroom skills while building positive relationships with children.
You could be involved in:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and activities
- Supporting children with literacy, numeracy and wider learning
- Running targeted interventions to help pupils make progress
- Supporting children with additional learning, communication or behavioural needs
- Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Preparing learning resources and classroom activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence
- Sharing observations and feedback with teachers
