The ideal candidate will be approachable, calm under pressure and will also be thinking one or two steps ahead to ensure our film crews can concentrate on creating engaging content. Filming and post‑production edits will vary in scale, so we need someone who will leave no detail to chance and make sure all shoots & workflows are planned comprehensively. Most importantly, you’ll need experience of managing crews and being that central point of contact they can rely on.

- Support Production Manager with management of production budgets, including cost reporting and reconciliation

- Implement contingency planning and problem‑solving for last‑minute changes
- Promote sustainable production practices where possible
